Only days after claims of plagiarism emerged focusing on Childish Gambino‘s “This Is America” and Jase Harley‘s “American Pharoah”, Donald Glover and his team have once again proven that they keep things pushing, with the announcement of a run of massive shows that will take the rapper right through the UK and Europe, as well as Australia.
Already announced on this year’s Spilt Milk festival line up for Canberra, fans of Gambino’s on the east coast and in Perth will be able to see him perform in his biggest venues to date.
While we sit and wait for tickets to go on sale (12pm, June 29th, by the way…), we’re taking a look back at some of favourite Gambino moments, pre-“This is America”. Of course, the music video for Gambino’s latest has been lauded as a striking piece of commentary but for many fans, this isn’t the first time Gambino has captured attention (although not as intensely as above, of course) on screen.
