Exclusive Album Premiere: Heaps Good Friends – Hug Me (2018 EP)

Adelaide trio Heaps Good Friends have continued to prove that they’re more than a flash in the pan pop export, weaving some seriously intelligent and well-crafted production in with the same playful and fun-embracing sense of songwriting that first endeared the band to listeners around the country last year.

The result we’re talking about today is in the band’s debut EP, Hug Me. Already featuring “Olympic Sneakers” and “Let’s Hug Longer”, Heaps Good Friends have used their platform to flesh out some insatiable pop sounds. As a debut effort from the band, these six tracks marks a solid step forward for the group.
