Mat McHugh is set to finally be out on the road again after having to reschedule an entire solo tour following some extensive injuries endured last year. With a new album in Waves ready to be showcased alongside other cuts from what’s become a popularly received solo career, McHugh is back on form.
Before he hits the stage this weekend, McHugh stopped by our office in Sydney for a special performance of “Magic” from Waves, live and acoustic as part of the AU’s live sessions series.

The Beautiful Girls frontman kicks off his tour in Katooma tomorrow night at the Baroque Bar before heading right around the country through into July, where he’ll wrap things up in Cairns.
