The Menangle-born, current Hottest 100 kings, The Rubens, have announced some of the biggest shows of their career recently, with a June tour in support of their new single, “Hold Me Back”. The boys will be hitting venues in Brisbane, Melbourne, Sydney and Perth mid-year along with Mansionair, Slum Sociable and Ali Barter, capitalising on what was a huge 2015 and an already promising 2016 ahead for them!
“Hold Me Back” follows on from the radio juggernaut that has become The Rubens’ “Hoops”, another well-produced slice of blues-rock from the band who many remember for their breakout hit “My Gun”, which also saw them rocket to the top end of the Hottest 100 list of that year.
