Melbourne music fans, take heed. Returning for its 12th year this November, the Age Music Victoria Awards are hitting 170 Russell for their lauded after party, sure to impress. I mean, with the likes of Harvey Sutherland & Bermuda, Gold Class and Cable Ties on board, it can’t fail.
Co-presented by RRR 102.7FM and PBS 106.7FM, the official after party event is set to be hosted by Chris Gill and Lyndelle Wilkinson. Mix it up with nominees, industry and other fans as the city’s ever vibrant and flourishing music scene is celebrated for another year. Like always, the EG Allstars Band will reappear at the After Party, featuring members of the Rockwiz Orchestra and this year including special guests Gretta Ray, Ella Thompson, Josh Teskey, Michelle Nicolle, Birdz, Archie Roach, Mojo Juju and Jim Lawrie.
DJ sets on the night will be spun courtesy of Melbourne fave MzRizk, ensuring your night definitely ends on a high.
