He’s a favourite out this way and as a way for the Melbourne Zoo Twilights series to kick off the campaign for their 2018 season, what better way than to announce Ben Folds as their first artist?
Bringing his extensive catalogue of beloved tunes to Melbourne on February 16th, Ben Folds will put his two-part solo show on display – just him and his piano. While the first half will be curated prior, the second half of the show will be a ‘Paper Aeroplane Request’ set, where audience members are asked to write down their song requests on paper, fold into a paper plane and launch them at the stage on cue.
Supported by UK musician Lucy Rose on the night, this Melbourne Zoo Twilights show isn’t one to be missed. The full line up for the series will be unleashed come October 18th. Hit up their website here to gain access to ticket pre-sales and more information as it becomes available.
