Kendrick Lamar premieres new song “Untitled 2” on Jimmy Fallon

Lyrical master Kendrick Lamar has once again premiered a new “untitled” track on one of the world’s most viewed talk show programs, appearing on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon to showcase the previously unreleased song, which doesn’t appear on his most recent project, the universally praised To Pimp a Butterfly.

With the working title of “Untitled 2”, Kendrick gives us something a bit different from the first “Untitled”, which he debuted last year on The Colbert Report with the likes of Bilal and Thundercat. This time around the Compton emcee is solo, spitting an intense almost-five-minute piece over a soulful instrumental, working his way towards a powerful, confident refrain that will remind you just how dominant Kendrick is.

Kendrick Lamar will play Bluesfest 2016 in Byron Bay as well as sideshows in Melbourne and Sydney.
