Gang of Youths may as well call Melbourne home; seventh show added to ‘Say Yes To Life’ tour

This forthcoming Gang of Youths Australian tour is getting a bit outta hand now, guys. The ‘Say Yes to Life’ run that will have the Sydney band return from London has grown from a handful of shows to a mammoth venture on the band’s part to meet the demands of their fans and squash scalpers from ripping others off.

Even more shows have been announced for Melbourne and Sydney now, with the band now kicking off their national run in Melbourne on October 28th. That’s seven nights at The Forum. Seven.

On the hometown front, Sydney fans will be able to see GOY perform six shows at the Enmore, while Adelaide’s second Thebarton Theatre show has also sold out – an impressive effort by the South Australians.

Having sold over 33,000 tickets across the tour so far – Brisbane hasn’t been forgotten, remember – Gang of Youths have quite the task ahead of them. Partnering with Plus1, $1 from every ticket sold will go towards supporting the Aboriginal Legal Service.

In the meantime, pray Dave‘s vocal therapy goes well and he’s on form for Splendour and these shows coming up – all the good vibes are needed.
