DJ Yella will be returning to Australia next year for the first time since N.W.A biopic Straight Outta Compton renewed worldwide interest in The World’s Most Dangerous Group. A founding member of the pioneering gangster rap group, Yella remains one of the most respected DJ’s and producers in hip-hop. He was out here for a brief Australian tour earlier this year, and now it’s been announced that he’ll be coming back down extensive, 9-date tour of Australia and New Zealand.
No doubt bringing a mix of his own material and classic N.W.A records, Yella will be starting in Wellington before wrapping up at Chinese Laundry in Sydney.
