Fine Arts, Best Comedy and Artisan ARIA Award nominees announced!

We’re entering ARIA Award territory for another year, with the first round of nominees (Fine Arts, Artisan and Best Comedy) being announced, the winners to be announced at the official ARIA Nominations Event in Sydney this Wednesday. Already, Flume and The Avalanches have had their latest records recognised across all three artisan categories, an impressive indicator of how they may be represented when the full round of nominations are revealed this week.

For the fourth year running now, ARIA has unveiled its commemorative artwork to celebrate the awards, with this year’s 30th anniversary piece being created by Nick Seymour of Crowded House, the 2016 ARIA Hall of Fame inductees.
