Soutbound is set to turn the hell up next year, with new additions to the WA festival being rolled out even now, mere weeks out from it kicking off in 2016. Comedy will be the name of the game, with the likes of Dr Professor Neal Portenza, Davee Warneke and Mike G getting onboard to bring the LOLs.
