Bjork, New Order, and more are coming to Vivid Sydney

It’s one of the most exciting events on Sydney’s cultural calendar. Vivid Sydney has grown into a phenomenal platform of innovative lights, music, and ideas; one which the world pays close attention to as, for a few weeks (five days longer this year), Sydney turns into the shining star of the Southern Hemisphere. One of the most popular legs of the festival has always been it’s music program, and this year the curators, Stephen Ferris for Vivid Music and Sydney Opera House’s Ben Marshall for Vivid LIVE, aren’t holding back.

Announced today, the live music component will feature the likes of Bjork, who will be curating a world premiere digital event and virtual reality project at Carriageworks for one night only, and New Order, who will perform at Sydney Opera House as part of Vivid LIVE across two dates as New Order, and two more dates in a collaborative performance with ACO.

Fuzzy Music will also be hosting a large-scale live music and art event at Carriageworks called Curve Ball.

Hip Hop-focused Come Together festival`will also a part, as will One Day Sundays and Soul of Sydney. See below for the full line up and stay tuned for a more detailed run down later today:
