BIGSOUND celebrating 15 years this September!

BIGSOUND returns this year with what stands to be its biggest run yet, celebrating 15 years in the valley in 2015. Taking place from September 7th through until September 9th, the southern hemisphere’s ‘biggest new music festival and industry conference’ has now thrown open the gate for artist applications.

BIGSOUND of course, is known for providing a great platform for some little artists you may know more of today, like Courtney BarnettFlumeDMA’sThe Temper Trap and more!

QMusic’s Executive Offer Joel Edmondson says of year 15 of BIGSOUND, “The BIGSOUND alumni list is a who’s who of Australian music. That BIGSOUND is a place where an audience can share in the birth of those careers is something truly unique and special.”

Check out BIGSOUND’s wrap up video from the festival last year – we’re anticipating a killer line up of artists in 2016, especially now the event has welcomed Maggie Collins onboard as programmer alongside Nick O’Byrne!

Any artist and managers wanting to submit applications can do so by accessing the form here. Early bird festival and conference tickets are on sale now from $350 dollar – check out more information here.
