Big Boi confirms headline Australian shows for March

Big Boi has locked down some unmissable shows on the east coast next year to align with his trip out to Australia for Golden Plains, lining up gigs at Melbourne’s 170 Russell and Sydney’s Metro Theatre in March. The multi-Grammy winner will be bringing his BOOMIVERSE album out to fans – his third solo record – for the first time, following a brilliant critical and fan response to it in the US.

Obviously, Big Boi’s career is a storied one; influencing generations of hip hop artists through his work with Outkast and then on his own with 2010’s solo venture Sir Lucious Left Foot…The Son of Chico Dusty. His collaborative project with Phantogram in Big Grams brought Big Boi even more success and crossover props, while BOOMIVERSE is once again centreing the Atlanta native back in the main spotlight.

Pre-sales for Big Boi’s headline Australian shows are available via Handsome Tours from 10am November 16th until 9am November 17th. General ticket sales kick off on 10am, November 17th.

March 13th | 170 Russell, MELBOURNE
March 14th | Metro Theatre, SYDNEY
