Barry Gibb confirmed as equal Bluesfest Byron Bay headliner for 2017

Adding some more flavour to the 2017 Bluesfest Byron Bay line up is the addition of Bee Gees legend Barry Gibb as an equal headliner on the bill alongside Neil Young + Promise of the Real. The only surviving member of the band, Gibb will be in Australia performing for the first time in a decent while, with his new album In The Now finally being able to reach fans out this way.

The album is Gibb’s first record of original material since the Bee Gees’ final studio record (released 2001) and has seen him co-writing all the new songs with his sons Stephen and Ashley. Gibb will play Bluesfest on Easter Monday (April17th) before heading out on tour elsewhere around Australia.
