Anohni drops new single and announces second EP, PARADISE, coming March 17

Following up her EP of last year, HOPELESSNESS, English-born singer/composer Anohni has announced her second EP PARADISE will be dropping March 17th via Rough Trade Records/Remote Control. The single “PARADISE” is the first cut taken from the upcoming six track release and encapsulates the record’s major themes of politicisation and disillusionment.

In collaboration with Oneohtrix Point Never and Hudson Mohawke, “PARADISE” is a dark, electronic track weighted with Anohni’s twisted vocals. If there was ever a time for politically charged music to be heard, it’s now. After a couple listens the depth and terror of the lyrics reveal themselves, making for a multifaceted, poignant listening experience. Check out the new single “PARADISE” and the track-listing for Anohni’s forthcoming EP below!
