An impressive Australian contingent to join the likes of The Weeknd, Lenny Kravitz and Ellie Goulding at the Hangout Music Fest in the USA

US based Hangout Music Festival has announced its 2016 lineup earlier than ever before, with The Weeknd and Calvin Harris joining Florence + the Machine revealed as headliners of a long list of musical acts, with a slew of Australian talents coming along for the ride.

Australia will be well represented with Aussie acts FlumeCourtney BarnettThe GriswoldsAlison Wonderland and Meg Mac scattered throughout the eclectic lineup. Fun fact: all of these artists are nominated for AU Live Music Awards!

Taking place in Gulf Shores, Alabama, from May 20th – 22nd, festival goers can expect to chill poolside, eat fresh seafood and even get married all while acts like Haim, Silversun Pickups and Miike Snow hit the stage.
