Peter Farr, under the moniker Urple Eeple, returns with his new EP entitled Lost in Motion, out on 15th April on Chillage Records. A founder of the label, Peter is deeply entrenched in the electronic music scene.

Phoenix-based rock band Snake Snake Snakes announces their new Tranquilo LP out April 15th on Common Wall Media. Common Wall Media and President Gator will be releasing Tranquilo on 12” “Blood Red” transparent vinyl and digitally.

Prism Tats

Anti- is excited to announce the signing of Prism Tats, the rock ‘n roll creation of the musician Garett van der Spek. Using guitars, vocals and sparse electronic elements, Prism Tats self-titled debut album is out April 15th.

J Dilla

The Estate of James Yancey has revived J Dilla’s company PayJay as a functioning imprint to release Dilla’s long lost vocal album, THE DIARY on April 15th, in conjunction with Mass Appeal Records, distributed through Sony Music Australia. Initially intended for release in 2002, The Diary is the final batch of unissued material that Dilla had assembled for release during his lifetime.

Sydney prog outfit Stare at the Clouds are about to release their debut full-length record, promising an atmospheric and immersive listen, This Clear Divide on Friday April 15th.

Hauschka

For Record Store Day 2016 – the expanded double-vinyl reissue of Hauschka’s debut album for 130701, Room To Expand on April 15th. Originally released in February 2007 as a twelve-track CD-only album, a CD / digital version of the album will be released on July 8th.
