Single of the Day: Tiny Little Houses “Entitled Generation” (2017)

Tiny Little Houses‘ “Entitled Generation” is  another puzzle piece in what has become an excellent jigsaw of music for the group, one that has been coming together excellently over the last few years. We’ve see the songwriting talent the band has produced and put on display with the release of tunes in “Song Despite Apathy” and “Milo Tin”, but in “Entitled Generation”, the group have demonstrated a growth or newfound flair when it’s come to their craft.

Taken from their forthcoming debut album Idiot Proverbs (due out on January 12th), “Entitled Generation” is a large step forward for the band; it absolutely thumps with anthemic fervour.

“I think we have less resilience than our ancestors.” Caleb Karvountzis has explained. “We were raised this way. Who’s to blame? I don’t know, probably everyone. The song doesn’t answer any problems but maybe there aren’t any answers in this system.”

Check it out, and stay tuned for more examples of this new, bold direction Tiny Little Houses are exploring with Idiot Proverbs.
