Single of the Day: Timberwolf “Washed Out” (2016)

Damn itTimberwolf. There he goes, off radar for a minute and bam – the Adelaide crooner comes back with another slice of gold in new single, “Washed Out”. While the song stemmed from a late night/early morning Bondi skinny dip, Timberwolf explores a murkier, less clear-cut territory as the song weaves its way around themes of relationships, death and falling out with those close to you.

Co-written with Jonathan Boulet and Oscar Dawson, “Washed Out” came to be over sessions out on the NSW Central Coast this year and is the first we’re hearing from Timberwolf’s highly anticipated debut album. 2017 can’t come quickly enough with all the tasty cuts of new music we’ve been hearing over the last few weeks and now, Timberwolf’s has been added to the pile.

Timberwolf has some summer shows coming up – check ’em out below!
