It would seem that everything Harts puts his touch on turns to freakin’ gold lately – the guitarist and songwriter simply just goes from strength to strength. Last night, his new single “Peculiar” was premiered on Dom Alessio’s Home and Hosed show in triple j and already, it’s picking up a lot of support online. Well, count us in that number.
His album may still be months away (put a note in your calendars for August), but if “Peculiar” is anything to go by, the forthcoming full-length studio release from Harts is going to be up there with one of the Australian releases of 2016. From the melodies to that insatiable guitar work, Harts’ new single is laid-back, full of groove and an instant jam.
