Single of the Day: Gretta Ray “Towers” (2017)

Ah, Gretta Ray. This shining star of 2016’s second half and, no doubt, the whole of 2017, has dropped a new single in “Towers” – another shining example of this young songwriter’s stellar talent. Driven by Gretta’s effortlessly charming vocals, the alt-pop sounds wrap around your head with ease.

Gretta Ray’s wholesomeness shines but make no mistake, she is not a singer whose presence fades into the sounds she creates. What we’ve loved about watching her flourish over the last six months is the confidence that has soared from Gretta’s recorded material through to the live front.

“Towers” is an exciting piece of new music from Gretta and will be on playlists everywhere with time, guarantee it.
