Single of the Day: Floating Points “Ratio” (2017)

Floating Points firmly established himself as a producer to be aware of upon the release of his hectic debut album Elaenia in 2015 and then with Reflections – Mojave Desert this year, he continued to thrive.

Today, we’ve been keen on the latest Floating Points project, coming to us in the form of new track “Ratio”. In its original version, “Ratio” comes in at an expansive 19 minutes long, but for fans, the radio edit has been released recently. Throwing back to Floating Points’ dance-centred club tunes, “Ratio” has already enjoyed great response with fans as it has come together at Floating Points’ live electronic shows at festivals all over the place.

Set to return to Australia next year for the Pitch Music & Arts Festival (March 10th – 13th), Floating Points’ “Ratio” is a great precursor for the show on the horizon. Check it out below.
