Music Video of the Day: Vic Mensa & Skrillex “No Chill” (2016)

What would happen if Vic Mensa and Skrillex were let loose in Tokyo for 24 hours? Luckily, they documented it all for the official music video for their recent collab, “No Chill”. Directed by Colin Tilley, who was also behind the clip for Kendrick’s “Alright” and Nicki’s “Anaconda”,  “No Chill” has Vic and Skrillex go deep into Tokyo’s underground scene, where a narrative dictates that this world is one of ‘no rules, all about self-expression’.

The video highlights the instantly recognisable neon lights that Tokyo city is famous for, contrasting shots with darker shady alleyways – the land of ‘no chill’.
