The Jezabels recently dropped their latest film clip, this time for “Pleasure Drive”, and it’s a slice of pure gothic pop goodness. Hayley Mary has always reminded me of Chrissie Hynde in the way she exudes a powerful confidence on stage; she’s simply captivating. Her role in the “Pleasure Drive” film clip goes above and beyond the above, with an added zombie flair.
“Pleasure Drive” is shady, lustful and enchanting – another prime cut from The Jezabels’ forthcoming album SYNTHIA. While Australian fans may not be seeing the band on tour now due to unfortunate circumstances, we can still enjoy the cuts of music the Sydneysiders are rolling out in the lead up to SYNTHIA‘s release.
