Music Video of the Day: Gold Class “Kids on Fire” (2016)

Directed and shot by Geoffrey O’Connor, the new music video from Gold Class captures the darkness and intensity simmering behind each one of their songs released from the Melbourne band thus far. The new single is the first cut of new Gold Class music from their forthcoming sophomore album and is cool song to get the hype train well up and running again, that’s for sure.

Says O’Connor about the making of the film clip, “I’ve always wanted to make something with a bit of a venetian blind shadow play and luckily Gold Class let me do it. It felt cruel making them play the song extra fast with a bright light flashing in their eyes; if they never perform this song again it’s probably my fault.”

So with that in mind, take a peek at the final result yourself!
