Music Video of the Day: Baby Blue “New Girlfriend” (2017)

We give Melbourne’s Baby Blue a lot of love, and for good reason. The four-piece, fronted by Rhea Caldwell, are a genre-spanning group, spinning through grooving 60’s rock, indie pop melodies, and solid guitar riffs.

What’s better than just Baby Blue? How about Baby Blue’s single “New Girlfriend”, taken from their debut EP In My Mind, and dogs? Rhea reached out to her pals, got them to send in videos of their favourite furry pals, and compiled them in a way that really brings the track together. If this is the future of music videos, I am more than OK with this.

It’s a little different than our normal music videos we feature, but watch it below for some guaranteed good vibes.

Baby Blue’s new EP In My Mind is available now. To find out more about the EP, and hear more of the band’s music, head to their Facebook Page. You can also get your hands on the EP itself for $10 through Bandcamp.
