Music Video of the Day: Baby Blue “Concentrate” (2017)

We can’t deny that we’ve been won over by Baby Blue‘s charm. The Melbourne group has recently swelled to a four-piece, and they just keep on delivering delicious tunes.

They’re just about to finish up a residency at The Tote, have an anticipated EP due for release in April, and are the opening act for Boogie Festival this weekend. Wow.

Rhea Caldwell leads the group with her soulful voice; it drives the single “Concentrate”, a gloriously cruisy track of harmonies and reverb-fuelled guitar. The video is a Melbourne-esque clip, featuring the crew drinking beers, playing games, wasting time, performing, and, most importantly, dogs. Yep, there’s some adorable dogs in there.

What are you waiting for? Check this video out, listen to one of Melbourne’s most rapidly up-and-coming groups, and watch some adorable pups.

Catch Baby Blue at their last Tote residency show on Wednesday the 29th of March, or at Boogie Fest this weekend.
