Exclusive Single Premiere: K21 ft. Rhymefest “Rider” (2017)

It’s a big day for Adelaide’s K21. Having spent a good chunk of 2016 working on his long-anticipated new record, the final result has now taken form. Any Given D-Day is its name and came from some fruitful and lucrative sessions spent writing and recording in Chicago – a mecca for many hip hop fans and artists, to be sure.

Today, we’re premiering K21’s new single taken from the album in “Rider”, featuring Grammy Award winning rapper and songwriter, Rhymefest. The collaboration came by chance, when the latter heard K21 working on beats in the studio and decided to check this Australian talent out. The end result is a strong and confident production – a mammoth effort on K21’s part in presenting to his fans and newcomers alike, the direction his artistry has travelled in as a result of continuously honing his craft – on stage and off – over the last two years.
