Launceston five piece Bansheeland was born from the 2012 election night, when a disappointed Mary Shannon enlisted her sister who at the time, “couldn’t even play bass”. Bansheeland brings together catchy guitar riffs and sleek harmonies to create a uniquely Tasmanian sound: surf-pop meets melancholic lyrics.

Seth Henderson 

Hobart born and raised Seth Henderson attributes breaking his leg as the catalyst for his music career. Suffering from depression and overweight, it took being crutch bound for a year to shake Seth from his depression, and his subsequent indie-folk sound emerged. If you’re in-the-know about the Hobart music scene you’ve no doubt heard his name, but for those unaware: Seth Henderson is one to watch.

20 year old singer songwriter Eve Gowen has been playing solo shows since April 2016. Hailing from Launceston, the multi-instrumentalist has been writing her own brand of jazz inspired pop. Inspired by musicians such as Missy Higgins and Meg Mac, Eve Gowen has grown her following quickly since first emerging in the Launceston music scene, and promises to reach even further.

Lazer Baby

Hobart band Lazer Baby are known for their genre spanning tracks, blending RnB, hip-hop and jazz to create a unique sound. They’ve played massive Tasmanian festivals Party in the Paddock and Falls Festival, stunning crowds with smooth harmonies and saxophone solos.
